Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time they are placed. Please be aware that our warehouse is open Monday-Friday. Orders received after 1:00pm on Friday or on a weekend will ship the following week. Warehouse is closed on all national holidays and orders will ship the following business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS ground.

We are able to ship to P.O and APO addresses via the USPS Priority Shipping option. For other methods of shipping, please provide a physical address.

We currently accept all major credit cards which include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks and money orders. All prices on allegressebeauty.com are in USD.


TA purchase made on this site ONLY Is viable for return or exchange only within 14 days of the original purchase. Returns will be refunded in form of store credit. Please note that any shipping or handling must be handled by the customer and any product must be in a unopened, merchandise needs to be returned exactly as it was received, in the original retail packaging in a sellable condition. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method such as Federal Express or UPS, who both offer tracking numbers. If shipping through the USPS, we highly recommend getting a delivery confirmation.

We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your store credit. Store credit will not include any shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a store credit for any ALLEGRESSE product(s) received later than 14 days from the date of purchase, nor can we issue a refund for any ALLEGRESSE product(s) purchased from any other website than www.allegressebeauty.com
